Vonola fumarate tablet is a new drug in the market of oral preparations for peptic ulcer. It is a potassium ion-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB) and is indicated for the treatment of reflux esophagitis.
Treatment of duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer and reflux esophagitis, gastric or recurrent duodenal ulcer caused by low-dose aspirin. Helicobacter pylori eradication, adjuvant treatment of the following diseases: gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, gastric MALT lymphoma, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, early gastric cancer, Helicobacter pylori-infected gastritis.
